S13 transformer refers to oil immersed transformer, S is three-phase, 13 is transformer performance level code, M represents fully sealed, kva represents the rated capacity of the transformer, 35/0.4 refers to the rated high voltage side of the transformer being 35kv and the low voltage side being 0.4kv.
